Als HR-medewerker bij NDO Nederland ben je het aanspreekpunt voor ons team en zorg je dat personeelszaken soepel lopen. Je werkt 20 uur per week vanuit ons hoofdkantoor in Sneek en schakelt direct met de directie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jouw verantwoordelijkheden<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Werving en selectie:<\/strong> Je co\u00f6rdineert het hele traject, van vacaturetekst tot het inplannen van gesprekken. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Personeelsadministratie:<\/strong> Je beheert contracten, verzuim, verlof en de personeelsdossiers. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Aanspreekpunt:<\/strong> Je bent het eerste contact voor medewerkers bij praktische personeelsvragen. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>HR-beleid:<\/strong> Je ondersteunt bij de ontwikkeling van beleid en houdt de certificeringstrajecten van onze inspecteurs mee in de gaten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jouw profiel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list wp-block-list\">\n<li>Een afgeronde opleiding richting HR of P&amp;O, of vergelijkbare ervaring. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je bent accuraat, discreet en houdt het overzicht. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Je communiceert helder in het Nederlands.
