Distinctive market strength

Through usage products we supplied were damaged. NDO Nederland advised us in selecting the best testing method to determine the damage. The damage was assessed by NDO Nederland to the very last detail. This allowed us to improve our products. Now, less damages are reported, which as such has become our distinctive market strength.

Turnaround time reduced

NDO Nederland came into the picture at the time we – due to the actions of our regular NDT partner – were at risk to miss a completion date. NDO Nederland works efficiently, allowing tests to be done in quite an early stage. And apart from detecting flaws, NDO Nederland also determines why they occurred at all as well as how to prevent them in the future. This led to lesser repairs and thus a reduced turnaround time.

Second opinion

We had some doubts about the results of an inspection. So we asked NDO Nederland for a second opinion. NDO Nederland delivered a sound and clear report. It’s good to know that the welding in question was properly inspected. Ever since NDO Nederland is our regular partner for non-destructive testing. We appreciate their proactive approach very much: they always look for a solution and up till now we’ve never had ‘no’ for an answer.

Semi-finished products analysis

Sometimes clients demand that we test machined semi-finished products. NDO Nederland indicated that magnetic testing was best suited for this, because it can detect very tiny defects. The found information proved to be very useful. We not only managed to increase the quality of the machining, it also allowed us to adjust our machines more properly. NDO Nederland in fact helped us to work more efficient.

Special project

For a special project we needed specialised knowledge of steel and welding. That’s why we asked NDO Nederland to conduct non-destructive testing. In addition, NDO Nederland conducted the quality checks of the steel and the welding and also gave advice regarding product variances. This assured us that the products met required standards.
